El ex beatle sacó a la venta su nuevo disco "Ringo Star, y not". En este material Paul Mc Cartney participa en dos temas: "Peace dream" como bajista y en "The other side of Liverpool" hace coro. También participa un Eagles, el guitarrista Joey Walsh quien hace sonar su instrumento en "Fill in the blanks" y la cantante británica Joss Stone interpretando ‘Who's your daddy', corte que cierra el disco.
